In order to achieve ultimate satisfaction for the Customers who use our products and services, we provide a fair policy for revisions under the following conditions:
1.1. If the Customer’s requests for revisions do not deviate from the originally provided instructions, our Company will make the needed amendments free of charge.
1.2. The Customer can provide a request for revisions by contacting a representative of the Customer Support Department via live chat, email, or phone call. The Company accepts revision requests in written form only.
1.3. The Company accepts requests for free revisions within 7 days after the Customer receives the order. If the product in question is longer than 20 pages, the timeframe during which requests for free revisions can be submitted is extended to 14 days after the order’s delivery.
1.4. If the Customer wants to submit a request for revisions after downloading the paper, they can contact the Customer Support Department to send the request.
1.5. The Customers have the right to request the Company to assign another writer to complete the needed revisions. PremierEssay.net is happy to act in accordance to such requests.
1.6. The Company is committed to providing unlimited revisions free of charge solely if the requests are in accordance with the terms provided above.
2.1. The Customer’s requests for revisions should not collide with the initial instructions provided with the submission of the order form. As an example, if the Customer originally specified that the writer needs to use 4 references, and the request for revision includes additional references, that will be considered a deviation from the initially provided instructions. 2.2. In order to discuss the eventual costs of a revision, the Customer can easily get in touch with our Customer Support Department.
2.3. If the Customer provided wrong information during the order’s submission and failed to contact the Customer Support Department to make the needed corrections within 2 hours after the payment verification, the Company will charge an additional fee for the requested revisions.
2.4. The Company has the right to decline the request for revisions if the Quality Assurance Department estimates that the initial instructions of the Customer have been satisfied with the delivered product.
2.5. The Company charges an appropriate fee for revisions if the Customer changes the initially provided instructions after the assigned writer has already started working on the project.
2.6. If the Customer needs to submit additional instructions that require more pages to be written, they should contact a representative of the Customer Support Department and the writer of their project in order to receive an evaluation of the number of pages that will be needed in order to meet the additional requirements.
2.7. If the Customer needs additional pages to be completed after the expiration of the revision period, they should place a new order with clear instructions about the requested changes. The Company will charge in accordance with the pricing policy.
2.8. If the Customer asks for revisions after the expiration of the 7-day period (or 14-day period for orders that exceed 20 pages), the Company charges additional fees. In order to discuss the charge details, the Customers can contact a representative of our Customer Support Department.
2.9. The Customer has a deadline of 14 days to approve the revised version of the paper after the Company delivers the document to their personal account page at PremierEssay.net. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the revisions will be considered approved and all additional requirements will be charged accordingly.
2.10. If the Customer instructs the usage of specific sources that are not available online for free, they have the responsibility to provide the sources to the writer. If the Customer allows the Company to purchase the needed materials, additional charges will be required. The additional fees will reflect the cost of the materials purchased by the Company for the order’s completion.
2.11. The Company will contact the Customer via phone or email to ask for submission of the needed materials or get approval to purchase them for the sake of completing the order according to the instructions. If the Customer fails to respond, the writer has the right to use resource materials that are readily available. All additional sources sent by the Customer or late approval to the Company to make the needed purchase will be considered as new information. The Company will consider these services as revisions and will require appropriate payment.
